The DACH Product Line RSC is looking for a** Performance Specialist.**

The position reports to the DACH RSC PMO & Global Planning Director, and is part of an international and very motivated team in charge of the Product Line governance in the DACH region.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with good data analysis knowledge and good communication skills (frequent remote contact with many people from other sites). The working language is English, the German and French languages are additional assets.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Technical degree (Engineering; Economics; Mathematics etc)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Sharepoint
- Qlik sense knowledge; Power BI is a plus
- Analytical approach/ skills
- Good capacity for synthesis
- Communicational skills
- Autonomy
- Team spirit
- Oral and written English expression required
