**Your task**
- Commercially accountable for setting the holistic hedging strategy for Uniper’s Power Asset and Renewables PPA portfolio (across Central Europe, Nordic and UK) which respect cash, margining, commodity and credit risk boundary conditions
- Cooperate closely with Portfolio Optimization and PPA teams, Trading, Risk, Market Analytics and Exchange Teams to form commercial and fundamental views, address embedded key risks, cash requirements and align on individual portfolio hedging strategies
- Perform analyses and build own tools to support development of holistic but also individual strategies with respect to cash implications
- Build trust across the wider Uniper business to create transparency of commercial risks and positions
- Lead virtual teams to support projects and initiatives
- Support preparation of presentations to different levels of Management
- Reporting to Head of Power Portfolio Strategy

**Your profile**
- Multiple year experience in functions close to commodity markets
- Excellent analytical skills combined with IT awareness, programming skills welcome
- Commercial acumen and detailed knowledge of physical and financial energy markets
- Self-motivated, well-organized individual with very strong interpersonal skills to connect easily and maintain relationships
- Ability to deal very diligently with details but equally to understand and link into the big picture
- Experience in structuring topics and tasks, monitoring progress and facilitating solutions
- Ability to communicate and discuss on detailed level with peers while equally capable to abstract complex themes for management communication
- Experience in leading teams or ambition to grow into such a role
- Fluent in English is essential; other EU language would be appreciated
