- Zur Unterstützung unserer Customer Service Abteilung suchen wir ab sofort eine/n **Customer Service Executive** (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere Zentrale in Neuss.
**Aufgabengebiet/Hauptaufgaben**
- Sämtliche im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung anfallende Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Betreuung unserer Kunden und des Vertriebsteams
- Administrative Abwicklung von BackOffice Aufgaben
- Korrespondenz zu sämtlichen Kundenanliegen
- Pflege von Kundendaten
- Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Vertriebsdivisionen und den Kunden
- Reklamationsbearbeitung und Retourenabwicklung
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Auswertungen und Statistiken für unsere Kunden und den Außendienst
- Erstellung und stetige Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen
- Unterstützung der internen und externen Schnittstellen zur Optimierung von Prozessabläufen
- Übernahme und Steuerung von Projekten sowie einer reibungslosen Implementierung
**Anforderungsprofil**
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen_
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung oder einer ähnlichen Position
- Vertriebs
- und Serviceorientierung
- Gutes prozessuales und technisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) sowie SAP R/3
- Fließend in deutscher Sprache und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
