**Your Role**
As VP Remarketing, you are an integral part of the management team within our German Fleet Department. Collaborating closely with our Senior Leadership team, you manage and develop our Remarketing team while introducing a visionary strategy for our used car sales activities. Your main focus is to build strategic partnerships with leading European dealership groups on C-Level and close bullet-proof sales contracts to achieve FINN's goal of a 100% secured residual value share.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Grow, lead, and develop our Remarketing team: Grow the existing Remarketing team to scale how we acquire new and develop existing partners. Direct and develop your team members to maximize team performance and satisfaction while defining the team’s strategy, structure and success factors.
- Evolve our remarketing strategy and processes: With a strong partnership network across 12 European countries and a remarketing sales volume of >€750m in the past 3 years, you are responsible for taking our remarketing efforts to the next level.
- Accelerate our growth: As the driving force behind the acquisition of new, high-quality remarketing partners, you play a vital role in laying the foundation for our organic growth and equity and debt financing.
- Obsess about our business partners: You build, grow, and maintain relationships with leading European dealership groups and negotiate directly with their Senior Management.
- Own all remarketing KPIs: You have full ownership of our Remarketing KPIs and outcomes. You use them to steer your team and report our progress both internally to our senior leadership team as well as externally to investors.
- Drive Data Analysis: You leverage a data-driven approach to identify trends and opportunities in the remarketing domain and our portfolio, to enhance your team's performance.
**Your Profile**:
- Excellent organization and communication skills. You provide clear and concise guidance through all forms of communication and adapt effortlessly to diverse contexts, channels, and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Highly logical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs.
- Ability to attract, hire and develop top talents for your team.
- Preferably graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Consumer Sciences, or a similar field of study.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
