As a Service Portfolio Specialist you will be the contact person for customers as well as our sales and service teams for maintenance services in drive technology of ABB Motion Services in Germany. You will support the sales and service functions with your knowledge of the service portfolio with a focus on periodic services in designing, pricing, order entry as well as answering customer inquiries. In addition, you will assist in the further development of service contract and digital services such as innovative condition monitoring solutions.

Head of Service Portfolio and Smart Solutions

**Your responsibilities**:

- Sales support in the design of customer-oriented as well as cost-effective service solutions (e.g. service contracts, maintenance schedules and monitoring services) up to the preparation of offers
- Strategic planning and updating of the customer installed base with support for on-site plant surveys (as needed)
- Support of digital (app/web portal based) services with commissioning and user assistance support for customers with the help of internal support experts
- You will help grow our service contract business and coordinate with all relevant functions from sales to field service, operations planning and our sales people
- You will monitor the entire quotation process and you will identify potential for improvement

**Your background**:

- At least 2 years of professional experience in electrical drive engineering or similar industries with basics/experience in industrial service business
- An agile and proactive approach, with a proven ability to take responsibility for customer issues
- An affinity for IT, knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce), and confident use of various task-related IT tools
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach and very good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
