Stellenbeschreibung

Payment bei Sixt steht für länderübergreifendes „Omnichannel“. Aufgestellt als Querschnittsfunktion für alle Karten
- und dienstleistungsbasierten Zahlungsprodukte, verantworten wir die Sicherstellung des gesamten operativen Zahlungsverkehrs.

Unsere Ziele sind die kostenoptimale Prozessierung, vollständige Transparenz über die Sicherheit der Prozesse und die Steigerung unseres Umsatzes. Hierfür benötigen wir einen Experten für den „Payment Datenfluss“ zwischen uns als Händler, Payment Service Providern, Acquirer und den Banken.

**Was Du bei uns machst**:

- Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Payment Team an der Umsetzung der Payment Strategie und unterstützt eines von unseren „Must-Win“ Projekten voranzutreiben (zum Beispiel bei der Einführung neuer Bezahlmethoden).
- Du unterstützt das Team bei Ad-hoc Datenanalysen und darauf basierenden Reportings für das Management. Außerdem hilfst du bei der Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen für unterschiedliche Problemstellungen.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Planung und Durchführung von verschiedenen roll-out Initiativen des Projekts.
- Du koordinierst verschiedene Stakeholder des Projekts inklusive externer Dienstleister und hilft die Anforderungsanalysen durchzuführen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Managementpräsentationen und Entscheidungsunterlagen

Qualifikationen
**Was Du mitbringst**:

- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Selbständiges Arbeiten und Motivation größtmögliche Optimierung zu erzielen
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bzw. Abstraktionsvermögen sowie Drang, Veränderungen mitgestalten zu wollen und Optimierungspotential zu erkennen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Dein Arbeitsbereich**:
Der Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung fasst die internen Beratungseinheiten der SIXT Gruppe zusammen. Das Aufgabenspektrum beinhaltet zum einen Projekte zur Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder und Produkte, Wachstumsinitiativen in existierenden Geschäftsfeldern und M&A-Projekte. Zum anderen arbeitet die Unternehmensentwicklung an der ständigen Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse, der Steigerung der Produktivität und Kosteneffizienz sowie der Erweiterung der Angebotslandschaft in allen Geschäftsfeldern der SIXT SE.
