**Our Client**

You will be an integral member of our Inside Sales team: 30 people, across North, Central and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. You will be working for one of the world's leading suppliers of capital equipment and services to the packaging industry in the fields of folding carton, corrugated cardboard, flexible materials, and label. Our client is represented in more than 50 countries and is highly successful.

**Your Responsibilities**

You are an integral member of our Inside Sales team: 9 people, covering countries in Europe, Middle East & Africa and North & South America. As an Inside Sales Executive (f/m) you are responsible for a range of core sales activities of our client in the Italian Market. Your mission is to drive demand and capital sales around our client’s machine product portfolio into new & existing customers, based on a set sales target objective. Your working place will be in Ulm, in Southern Germany, or Valencia, Spain based on a 40 hours’ week from Monday to Friday and corresponding to the Italian standard business hours.
- Inside Sales with focus on new customer acquisition and capital machine sales development, for a defined list of target customers (Primarily prospects) in the Italian Region.
- You communicate via telephone Proactive outbound calling (“hunting” calls), with objective to identify and speak to key relevant business decision-makers (and leverage detailed pre-call research which has been separately prepared by a specialist Data Research team).
- The outreach will be around 80% new sales (Hunting) and sales acquisition and 20% account management (Farming)
- You are a critical account management interface between our client, the Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) of our client and the customer.
- Your goal is finding, developing orders for our client’s machine product portfolio: this means gathering and assessing new customer project information and requirements, establishing, and expanding corresponding business relationships with the key relevant purchasing decision-making points and driving the sales cycle forward.
- You will work closely with your Regional Sales Managers team members (who are based and working on the ground in Italy) to manage your customer territory and drive sales activity together as a team
- You will use a best-in-class CRM system to manage your work and all customer management and sales activities.

**Your Qualities**
- You speak Italian on C2 level (Native); in addition, your verbal and written English skills are also very good (B2 Level)
- You own a Bachelor or Masters’ degree, and do have first working experiences in Italy - ideally within a sales and / or a professional working environment
- Prior sales experience required
- You are result driven with high interpersonal skills and focus on achieving the business objective
- You do have a strong general business and commercial “intellect”
- You are willing to relocate to Germany or to Spain
