**Strategic Buyer Cockpit Instruments, Displays and Computers (d/m/w)**:
Wir suchen Sie zur Unterstützung unseres dynamischen Teams von strategischen Einkäufern in der Abteilung EDPVA Flight Control Systems und Cockpit Displays innerhalb des Avionik-Einkaufs.

Sie werden in Ihrem Portfolio einen wichtigen Teil des zivilen und/oder militärischen Geschäfts von Airbus haben, für Equipments wie Cockpitinstrumente, Displays und Computer.

Diese Position ermöglicht eine unternehmensübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen transnationalen Kunden und Partnern wie Entwicklung, Programm, Support & Services, Operative Beschaffung und SCQM.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Management der Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und der laufenden Projekte, um den Kundennutzen zu optimieren und gleichzeitig die Gesamtkosten und Risiken zu minimieren
- Ausschreibungen (RFx) für neue Kampagnen
- Führen von Verhandlungen für Serien
- und Supportthemen sowie Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen unter Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und der Zielvorgaben und Anforderungen der verschiedenen Stakeholder
- Sicherstellung der Vertragseinhaltung, sowie die Einleitung geeigneter, auch juristischer Maßnahmen um die vertraglichen Interessen und Ansprüche von Airbus Helicopters durchzusetzen
- Sicherstellung der Erfüllung von Meilensteinen für laufende Entwicklungen durch den Lieferanten (inkl. Re-Design aufgrund von Obsoleszenz)
- Mitwirkung an der Product
- and Sourcing Policy in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Multi-Functional Team (MFT)
- Als Teil des Einkaufs arbeiten Sie in einem Multi-Functional Team, das ein wichtiger Teil der Mission ist. Die Leitung von Projekten zur Kostensenkung ist das Rückgrat unserer Mission und unserer Ziele.
- Akteur für Kostenverbesserungen sein und Einsparungen identifizieren
- Verbessern der operativen Leistung von Lieferanten (OTD/ OTQ) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit SCQM.
- Führen von Support-Vertragsverhandlungen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Support, um die Leistung der Lieferanten im Aftermarket zu verbessern.
- Management von Risiken und Chancen in der Supply Chain mit Ihren Lieferanten
- Diese Aufgabe erfordert ein Bewusstsein für potenzielle Compliance-Risiken und die Verpflichtung, mit Integrität zu handeln, als Grundlage für den Erfolg, den Ruf und das nachhaltige Wachstum des Unternehmens.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
- Diplom / Master in Business Administration, Engineering oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen u.a. im Bereich Business, Vertrags
- und Projektmanagement, Programm, Entwicklung oder Support
- Konsequente Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitiger Agilität und die Fähigkeit, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen vorzuschlagen
- Selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und geschäfts-/ergebnisorientiert
- Agilität im Umgang mit IT-Lösungen (SAP, Excel,...)
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch. Gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
