**Your challenge**:
As our Senior Copywriter within the Creative Studio team, you'll have the freedom to work from home or our modern office. You'll be responsible for developing and executing creative ideas for our brand and performance marketing channels while reporting to our Creative Director. You will be collaborating closely with Copy, Design, and Motion Design as well as different Performance Marketing and Brand stakeholders. By creating empowering, engaging, and impactful copy as well as storytelling in our target markets you will help us fight the misconceptions that surround the world of taxes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You come up with creative ideas for brand and performance marketing channels.
- You collaborate with the design and the motion design team to develop effective creatives in German.
- You work with stakeholders to dissect information and construct concepts around the topic of taxes and our app into clear, coherent and engaging messaging across channels.
- You write scripts or briefings for content creators.
- You constantly think from a user/customer perspective and use data/research to take informed decisions.

**Your profile**:
**This is what you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years experience as a copywriter with solid examples of your work.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Amazing German copy craft with English proficiency, as our team comes from all over the world.
- Strong concepting ability.
- Some but not limited to, copywriting experience in performance marketing.
- Demonstrated talent for script writing and user generated content.
- Willingness to work and collaborate closely with other roles in the Creative Studio.
- Solution oriented and hands-on mentality.
- Eye for detail.

- Ability to schedule and execute creative production.
- You have a strategic mindset.
- You have worked in a start-up / scale-up before.
- Concepting and/or planning social media content.
- Experience using collaborative tools like Figma, Frontify, etc.
