Production Planner / Produktionsplaner (m/w/d)

In dieser Position sind Sie für die effiziente Abwicklung der Fertigungsaufträge und Kundenaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit den internen und externen Kunden sowie dem Einkauf verantwortlich.

Hauptaufgaben
- Entwicklung der Produktionsprogramme auf Basis der Kunden
- bzw. Planbedarfe
- Abstimmung der Produktionsprogramme auf die Personal
- und Maschinenkapazitäten
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten Buchung der Fertigungsaufträge
- Überprüfung der Materialverfügbarkeit auf Basis des Produktionsprogramms
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Änderungen
- Koordination der Abwicklung von Sonderaufträgen
- Bestandsmanagement im Zielkonflikt mit Versorgungssicherheit und Bestandsziele
- Definition und Anpassung der logistischen Steuerparameter in den MRP Systemen, wie Ladungsträger, Losgröße, Wiederbeschaffungszeit, etc.
- Serienanlaufmanagement und Koordination von Serienausläufen in der Abteilung
- Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungsprojekten ( 6S, Werstromdesign, Kaizen, Prozessfertigung ,...)
- Platzieren und Abrufen von Planmengen aus Rahmenverträgen bei bereits freigegeben Lieferanten
- Abrufmengen anhand des Kunden / Produktionsbedarfs ermitteln und entsprechend umsetzen
- Vorbereitungen und Ermittlungen von Status
- und Leistungsberichten
- Zuweisung von Mitarbeitern und anderen Personal zu bestimmten Produktionsabläufen

Anforderungsprofil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Fachrichtung Physik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. ä, oder eine abgeschlossene technischen Berufsausbildung
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung / Produktionslogistik
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den pps
- und BDE-Systemen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Methoden zur Fertigungssteuerung und Kapazitätsplanung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der pps-Systeme zur Auftragsabwicklung und Bestandsbuchung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Arbeitsabläufe und Materialflüsse im Werk
- Kommunikationsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen
