Die Deutsche Bank (DB) kann auf eine sehr erfahrene und engagierte Abteilung für die Bekämpfung von Finanzkriminalität (Anti Financial Crime, AFC) zurückgreifen. Diese spielt eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, der Finanzkriminalität bei Geschäftsaktivitäten und globalen Finanzdienstleistungen der DB vorzubeugen und gleichzeitig die Interessen der Bank und der Gesellschaft zu wahren.

Um Finanzkriminalität wirksam zu bekämpfen und flexibel auf Herausforderungen zu reagieren, hat AFC eine Matrixstruktur, die regionale, geschäftsbereichsbezogene und globale Funktionen vereint. Sie teilt sich in die folgenden Kernbereiche auf: Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Investigations & Intelligence, Monitoring & Screening und Risk Assessment. Teil unseres Engagements ist es, eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsbereichen und Unterstützungsfunktionen innerhalb unserer Bank zu stärken.

Das Team Regional Regulation & Data EMEA ist integraler Bestandteil der AFC-Organisation und unterstützt die erfolgreiche und zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit aller EMA AML Transaction Monitoring Verantwortlicher. Es dient als Schnittstelle zwischen den FCO-Einheiten der EMEA-Länder und der Gruppe.

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Überwachung der fachspezifischen und termingerechten Erfüllung und Umsetzung von regulatorischen Kontrollen für AML FCO gem. globalem Minimumstandard in den unterschiedlichen Legal Entities der EMEA-Region- Abzug und Auswertung von Daten und Vorbereitung von Management Meetings und Councils- Unterstützung bei Projekten/ globalen Change the Bank Initiativen in der EMEA-Region wie zum Beispiel die Einführung von neuen Überwachungssystemen- Beratung der EMEA-Lokationen sowie auch Unterstützung der EMEA Hub Organisation bei FCO spezifischen Fragestellungen- Unterstützung der Region bei der fristgemäßen Eliminierung/ Schließung von EMEA spezifischen Findings und SIIs- Aufbau und Pflege von konstruktiven Beziehungen zu den EMEA-Lokationen, kontinuierliche Kommunikation und Austausch mit dem lokalen, regionalen und globalen AFC-Netzwerken, Interaktion als angesehener Ansprechpartner mit diesen Parteien

Anforderungen

Ihre Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen:
- Bankkaufmännische Ausbildung oder fachlich bezogenes, abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Anti Financial Crime, vorzugsweise FCO, mit fundiertem Wissen in der AML Gesetzgebung- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, erfahren im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern inklusive Senior Management.
- Projektmanagementkenntnisse und/ oder Führungserfahrung wünschenswert- Hohe Flexibilität, Self Starter- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse.
