With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a Influencer Relations Specialist Germany for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Berlin office.
How Do You Fit In?
In your role, you will be responsible to identify and build relations with on-brand micro and macro influencers and Key Opinion Leaders in order to grow Fabletics digital brand presence and deliver against agreed objectives in accordance with brand goals in Germany.
While you are orchestrating and executing Influencer campaigns in Germany, you will be supporting PR with the help of our PR agency, as well as events and influencer activations in Germany.
The position reports into the Sr. Director Communications for Fabletics Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the Fabletics Influencer strategy across all social channels in Germany with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.- Developing new strategies and innovative ways of promoting the Fabletics brand through Influencers, as well as adding top tier Influencers to the brand.- Developing and growing the Fabletics Gifting program in Germany- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the Influencer industry while being open for new channels and opportunities- Being responsible for your Influencer Budget, KPIs and brand engagement stats, manage and monitor the activities of all your campaigns and make sure you are delivering strong results for Germany.- Manage contract negotiation and alignment on timelines and deliverables with talent agents/agencies.- Analyzing campaign results and developing weekly and monthly reports.- Supporting brand activations for KOL and maximizing brand visibility with the help of our PR agency in Germany.- Working closely with the PR, SEO, Online Marketing and Events managers in the EU to ensure alignment on social/influencer activity - as well as building strong relationships to your counterparts in US Headquarter to support global campaigns in your country.- Lead by example in all work-related activities, acting as a role model for team and the brand.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- Studies in marketing, communications, journalism or similar.- 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.- Excellent knowledge of German culture and influencer landscape.- Highly driven and motivated work ethic.- Willingness to learn and independent, structured way of working.- Ability to think creatively and shape campaigns that are fun, clever and on point with brands and audiences.- Fluent in English and German.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Influencer tools.- Sharing our passion for an active and healthy lifestyle and a sense for fashion trends would be a Plus.
