Our sourcing and trading desk is looking for a bold trader who has experience in the energy and carbon markets and is eager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Identification of new trade opportunities and business partners in the voluntary carbon markets
- Negotiation and execution of transactions and trade agreements
- Assistance in planning and optimizing our portfolio
- Analysis of current and new markets to support the trading desk
- Administrative tasks such as contract creation
- Collect data from clients for KYC, DD and legal documentation
- Collaborate closely with sourcing team on client requests

Specific Requirements
- A relevant university degree (or similar)
- Fluent in German and English
- Relevant professional experience and interest in climate change solutions and sustainability
- Experience in generating leads - not afraid to cold call or proactively initiate contact
- Self-motivated, curious, responsible and engaged
- Team-oriented, but can also work independently
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail
