**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Senior Buyer (M/F/x) to join our growing Circus troupe. In this role, you will be working closely with our team, responsible for overseeing, managing and optimising our procurement process for food, baverages & kitchen-tech to ensure we keep our promises to our customers; delivering sustainable, affordable, quality food on demand.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Responsibility for the product group Food & Beverage and Technology
- Development of product innovations for the individual product groups together with our suppliers
- Tendermanagement, selection of suppliers, negotiation and establishing long-term supplier relationships
- Contact person for internal interfaces around individual articles (e.g. partner management, quality assurance, culinary) and purchasing processes
- Ensure margin targets are met through optimised supply of defined ingredients and ensuring waste is kept to an absolute minimum
- Continuously improving and adapting our purchasing processes for scale
- Lead, develop and train other team members

**Base Qualifications**:

- Fluent in German and good English skills
- Studies or training with focus on business / trade / purchasing / sales or gastronomy
- Experience in German Food and Beverage industry
- Good Network with national and regional premium manufacturers
- Interest in trends in gastronomy and the food industry
- Analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- first leadership experience is a plus
- 3-5 Years of experience in Buying, ideally food
service
