In dieser Rolle sind Sie für den Vertrieb in Hamburg und Schleswig Holstein, innerhalb des Produktbereiches Trauma & Extremities verantwortlich.

Sie verfügen daher idealerweise über Vertriebserfahrungen in dem Segment der Implantate. Darüber hinaus begeistern Sie sich für die Arbeit in einem innovativen und dynamischen Konzern-Umfeld und haben Freude daran sich durch anspruchsvolle, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte, in Verbindung mit ganzheitlichen Lösungskonzepten und hohen Servicestandards zu unterscheiden.

Sie lieben es intensive Netzwerke und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Ihren Kunden in Kliniken und Krankenhäusern zu pflegen und neu aufzubauen.

Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammen, um für Ihre Kunden optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen und diese zu begeistern. Sie reporten an den Regional Sales Manager Trauma Nord.

- Sie unterstützen bei der Erweiterung unserer Marktanteile im Bereich der Traumatologie
- Ihre Kunden lernen Sie als zuverlässige(n) und kompetente(n) Gesprächspartner(in) kennen und schätzen
- Sie setzen Marketing
- und Verkaufsstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten (m/w/d) um und führen Verhandlungen mit Ärzten, sowie teilweise mit Klinikverwaltungen und Einkaufsabteilungen
- Sie erweitern bereits vorhandene Netzwerke und knüpfen stetig neue Kontakte, indem Sie unter anderem auch Messen und Kongresse begleiten
- Sie schulen und beraten Ärzte sowie OP-Personal zu Produkten in Workshops und direkt bei der Anwendung im OP
- Sie verantworten den Umsatz in der Ihnen zugeordneten Region
- Sie analysieren den Markt und Wettbewerb in regelmäßigen Abständen und entwickeln hier gemeinsam mit unserer Marketingabteilung stetig angepasste Strategien, um Marktanteile hinzuzugewinnen
- Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Vertriebserfahrung innerhalb der Medizintechnik, idealerweise im Segment der Traumatologie?
- Sie begeistern und gewinnen Kunden durch Ihre Lösungsorientierung und Verbindlichkeit?
- Präsentieren und das Vermitteln von Wissen, auch vor großen Gruppen, bereitet Ihnen viel Freude?
- Sie arbeiten analytisch, strategisch und sehr fokussiert, um verstecktes Gebiets-Potential zielsicher zu eruieren?
- Neben der lokalen Sprache kommunizieren Sie fließend schriftlich und mündlich in Englisch**?**:

- Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B?
