Als Recruiting-Partner von Sunrock suchen wir genau Dich als **(Senior) Legal Counsel **(w/m/d) für den Standort in Düsseldorf oder Remote. In Deiner Position berätst Du von Beginn eines Projektes an zu allen relevanten rechtlichen Aspekten der Nutzungsüberlassung des Grundstücks bzw. Gebäudes, der Genehmigungen, der Finanzierungsstrukturierung und der energierechtlichen Regulierung bis hin zur Entwicklung. **Was Du tun wirst**
- Verantwortlichkeit für die rechtliche Betreuung von großen Aufdach-Solarprojekten
- Du bleibst auf dem neuesten Stand der europäischen und deutschen politischen Entwicklung in diesem Bereich, informierst das Team und engagierst Dich in Interessensverbänden
- Begleitung von Projekten im üblichen Geschäftsprozess (NDA, LOI, Nutzungsüberlassung, Finanzierung, Genehmigung, Netzanschluss, EEG-Förderung, Konstruktion und Entwicklung, Asset Management) sowie bei der Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen und im Rahmen von Übernahmen (M&A)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen für die kommerziellen und rechtlichen Risiken innerhalb der betreuten Projekte (Bewusstsein für rechtliche, regulatorische, betriebliche und Reputationsrisiken)
- Entwurf und Verhandlung verschiedener Verträge zur Unterstützung der Projektentwicklung und -realisierung
- Bearbeitung verschiedener Ad-hoc-Fragen innerhalb des Teams
- Gesellschaftsrechtliche Begleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts (Unterstützung bei der Gründung von Joint-Venture und Partnerschaften, Unternehmensgründungen und Umwandlungen)
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbereiche wie z. B. der Energiespeicherung, des Energiehandels
**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium (mindestens 1. juristisches Staatsexamen)
- Du verfügst über einige Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsberatung in einem wirtschaftlichen Umfeld mit nachweisbarer Expertise im (nachhaltigen) Energiesektor, oder in der gewerblichen Immobilienentwicklung und -finanzierung, vorzugsweise kombiniert mit Kenntnissen in diesen Bereichen.
- Du bist analytisch und kommunikativ stark, flexibel, hast ein Gespür für wirtschaftliche Interessen und eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung.
- Du bist bereit, von anderen zu lernen, z. B. wenn es um (technische) Fragen geht, bei denen Dir möglicherweise Kenntnisse fehlen.
- Du bist in der Lage, mit Interessengruppen zu kommunizieren, Netzwerke aufzubauen und die Interessen der verschiedenen Beteiligten zu überblicken
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung
