- Umsetzung von Service Requests und Lösung von Incident Ticket
- Neue Webpublishings
- Beratung und Implementierung von Kundenwünschen
- Fehleranalyse von komplexen Problemen
- Analyse/Optimierung bestehender Citrix-Umgebungen
- Administration und Automatisierung der Systemumgebungen
- optional Weiterentwicklung nach Roadmap
