Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting ** BSS/OTA Specialist ** to join their pro ject in Germany.

- Familiar with 3GPP Specs for eSIM and Global platform specifications for OTA- Troubleshoot complex issues in multiple software environments of prod and Non-prod- Work with internal technical teams to identify and build and integrate platform elements required to support key mobile product features- Support Device Certification process troubleshooting related to eSIM provisioning and SIM-OTA updates- Onboard and train new users on systems and tools such as Device Management,M2M Remote SIM Provisioning, Consumer Remote SIM Provisioning and SIM-OTA Platforms- Campaign management for SIM cards for RFM/RAM and other eSIM related requirements.- Track and optimize the delivery of new use cases, mitigate the gaps between the vendors and business requirements.- Working hands on knowledge on SIMOTA, SMDP, SMDP+, Device Management platforms.- Proven Experience in the issues troubleshooting for use cases related to SIM and Devices.-
