Your duties include
- Lectures in the field of AI-supported controlling (digital analytics, strategic management)
- Lectures in the field of digital accounting (in basic modules as well as modules in the specialization area of accounting and taxes, as well as consolidated accounting and IFRS)
- Application of modern AI technologies in the area of controlling and accounting
- Research and development activities
- Proactive acquisition of third-party funding through research and transfer activities.
- High-quality supervision of practical assignments, Bachelor's and Master's theses, as well as doctorates
- Involvement in setting up new international partnerships and maintaining existing ones
- Active and interdisciplinary involvement in administering academic affairs
You offer
- An academic university degree (German “Diplom” degree from a research university or combination Bachelor & Master) with subsequent doctorate is required
- Above-average professional and academic qualifications in the field of Digital Accounting, Controlling and KI
- Very good German and English proficiency and ability and willingness to teach in German and in English
- Enthusiasm for passing on your practical experience in teaching applied research to our students as future academics

Recruitment pursuant to Article 57 (3) of the BayHIG
Completed university degree, preferably in the field of Business or Economics
Excellent academic achievements in research and an outstanding doctoral degree or equivalent academic qualification
Mature teaching skills and convincing pedagogical aptitude
