Wir suchen für die Business Administration am Standort Bonn oder Berlin zum 1. Februar 2024 bzw. zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Learning and Development Expert (w/m/d) in der Abteilung People befristet für zwei Jahre.

IHRE AUFGABEN
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Konzepts zum Zugang von Mitarbeitenden im Ausland mit unterschiedlichen sprachlichen und kulturellen Hintergründen zu Pflichtschulungen, technischen Trainings, Führungskräftetrainings sowie weiteren Schulungsangeboten und Dialogformaten
Anpassung von bestehenden Schulungskonzepten und Neukonzeption von Lernpfaden und Lerninhalten für Mitarbeitende an verschiedenen Auslandsstandorten und Korrespondent*innen
im Rahmen dessen Konzeption von Trainingsreihen und Workshops sowie Begleitung der Durchführung
diversitäts
- und inklusionsorientierte Weiterentwicklung von L&D-Angeboten für Mitarbeitende insbesondere im Ausland
Mitarbeit an der Konzipierung und Erstellung von Web Based Trainings und nachhaltigen Lernangeboten
Abstimmung mit Partner*innen, externen Referent*innen, Trainer*innen, Coaches
enge Zusammenarbeit mit Programmverantwortlichen und weiteren Stakeholdern
inhaltliche und organisatorische Unterstützung oder - je nach Qualifikation - eigenständige Durchführung von weiteren L&D Projekten z.B. Talentmanagement, Diversity Management, Führungskräfteentwicklung, technische Schulungen, u.a.
Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte der DW und Beratung im Rahmen der Personalentwicklung
Key User für unser Lernmanagement-System, Datenpflege
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung, Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits-, Organisations
- und Wirtschaftspsychologie, Pädagogik oder einer anderen relevanten Fachrichtung
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung im internationalen Kontext
praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Lernpfaden oder Blended Learning-Konzepten und Curriculumentwicklung sowie Talentmanagement wünschenswert
Bereitschaft, auch den administrativen Teil der Arbeit zu übernehmen sowie Lust auf Verantwortung für die eigenen Aufgaben im Team
mindestens ein längerer Auslandsaufenthalt und/oder interkultureller Hintergrund
hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und Kommunikationstalent
Diversitätskompetenz
Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in O365 Umgebung (O365 Kenntnisse), IT-/Technikaffinität von Vorteil, Fähigkeit, sich schnell in die Arbeit mit Administrationssystemen (z.B. LMS, SAP) einzuarbeiten
sicheres und gewandtes Auftreten, gutes Kontakt
- und Kooperationsverhalten sowie ausgeprägtes Geschick im Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und Gremien
