Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams auf internationaler Ebene, suchen wir eine*n **Production Engagement Lead (m/w/d).
**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Berichtslinie an den Global/US Operations Lead und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global/US Production Lead, um unsere Kunden über verschiedene Marken hinweg bei ihren kreativen Produktionsanforderungen zu unterstützen.
- Verantwortlich für die Überwachung aller lokalen/regionalen Produktionsarbeiten für die zugewiesenen Kategorien/Marken.
- Hauptansprechpartner für die Markenteams der Kunden und Agenturen (kreativ & medial), um sicherzustellen, dass Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt werden und Kampagnen auf höchstem Qualitätsstandard entwickelt werden.
- Erfahrung im Senior-Stakeholder-Management.
- Als Executive Producer für alle regionalen Arbeiten fungieren, unterstützt von Produzenten, die die tägliche Lieferung der Arbeiten verwalten.
- Teilnahme an Produktionsplanung und -optimierung.
- Ansprechpartner für Eskalationen in der Produktion für alle regionalen Arbeiten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsteams in der jeweiligen Region für alle globalen Kundenarbeiten sowie lokale Arbeiten.

**Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im direkten Kundenkontakt oder in leitenden Produktionspositionen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Healthcare/Pharmamarketing erforderlich
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Arbeitsabläufe mit mehreren Stakeholdern zu bewältigen
- Fundiertes Verständnis für integrierte Produktion, Betriebsabläufe, Produktionsworkflows usw.
