**What will you do as a Corporate Recruiter**:
What do you get yourself into when you join us as a Corporate Recruiter? Well with great enthusiasm you literally will build a company. We believe that realizing ambitions is something you do together, so you obviously don't work alone. Since we believe that you work best when you can be yourself, there is a lot of room to be yourself. You determine your own success. You run your own shop in your own way and develop yourself in a way that suits you. Searching, sourcing, recruiting, selecting, negotiating and on-boarding, you do it all. This way you continuously bring in new colleagues and help build a successful, international company and recruitment team.
What education you have is less important. That you have a thing for people and are naturally service oriented are. If you have mountains of energy, switch gears quickly, enjoy a hectic environment, are curious, have a contagious drive and keep your commitments, you will go a long way.
We also think you will need the following:
- Bachelor work and thinking level
- German (written & speaking) at a near native level
- A couple of years experience in Recruitment.
- A can -do attitude
- Knowledge and experience with using ICT as a tool
- Experience in a fast growing international organization is an advantage.

BauWatch has now become a household name for every party that wants to temporarily secure an outdoor location, in the Netherlands and now also in other European countries. Our solutions and our dedicated team significantly reduce the risk of burglary. In this way, in addition to greater safety, we also ensure increased efficiency. We are unique because we do everything in-house: our own production, our own IT, our own developers, our own drivers, our own... everything, actually. Why we do that? Because the quality of our services must be optimal, outsourcing is therefore not an option. The intention is for our products and associated (SaaS) software to become increasingly smarter. Continuous innovation is very important.
