**Help Desk Specialist / Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)**

In unserer mittelständischen Unternehmensgruppe dreht sich alles um den elektronischen Zahlungsverkehr. Unser Kundenkreis sind namhafte Kreditinstitute und Finanzdienstleister, öffentliche Einrichtungen sowie Industrie
- und Handelsunternehmen. Unsere Produkte befinden sich national und international im Einsatz.
Wir betreiben eine leistungsfähige Netzwerkinfrastruktur auf Basis eines redundant ausgelegten Backbones. Das Netzwerkteam stellt die Verfügbarkeit sicherheitsrelevanter und kritischer IT-Systeme sicher und sorgt für die reibungslose Erbringung von IT-Services für die Anwender. Zur Unterstützung unseres Support Teams suchen wir suchen wir ab sofort standortunabhängig Verstärkung, anteiliges mobiles Arbeiten ist ebenfalls möglich.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Eigenständige Annahme & Bearbeitung eingehender Fehlermeldungen & Kundenanfragen in Jira
- Fachkompetente Betreuung der Anwender im 1st-Level Support
- Übergabe von tiefergehenden Problemstellungen an den 2nd-Level Support
- Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Identifikation, Kategorisierung und Dokumentation der Tickets nach Workflows
- Benutzerkontenverwaltung in verschiedenen Systemen

- Kunden
- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
