Das Werk Stade ist mit seinen 2.500 Mitarbeitern ein stetig wachsender Produzent von komplexen CFK-Bauteilen. Alle Seitenleitwerke für Airbus-Verkehrsflugzeuge, die A400M sowie diverse Einzelteile aus den Airbus Programmen kommen aus Stade. Auch in Zeiten des industriellen Wandels will das Werk Stade seine Stellung als Marktführer für komplexe CFK-Bauteile für die Luftfahrtindustrie behaupten - mit einer schlagkräftigen Strategie in den Bereichen Prozesse, Produkte und Menschen.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Disziplinarische Führung von drei Schichten, ca. 17 Mitarbeiter des Paint Shop Elementary Parts (Single Aisle/Eurofighter)
- Personal
- und Ressourcenplanung
- Weiterentwicklung/Förderung der selbstorganisierten Teamarbeit (SOT)
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung des Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutzes sowie der Umweltvorgaben
- Lieferung der Bauteile unter Einhaltung der Termine, Qualität und Kosten
- Optimierung der Prozesse
- Weiterentwicklung des Airbus Operation System (AOS)
- Projektsupport, zum Beispiel bei der Ratensteigerung

Dein Boarding Pass
- Meister oder Techniker, vorzugsweise Oberflächen-Beschichtungstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Produktion
- Erste disziplinarische Führungserfahrung im Produktionsbereich
- Lösungsorientierte, organisierte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
