Director Group Accounting & Tax - Industrial Solutions Business Group (M/F/d)

As the Director of Group Accounting & Taxation for the Industrial Solutions Business Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and taxation within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. You will collaborate closely with other departments inside and outside the Business Group to ensure financial compliance and to support strategic initiatives.

**Your tasks**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the accounting team of the Business Group
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders
- Develop tax strategies to optimize the BizLink Group’s tax position while ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws
- Coordinate tax planning initiatives in
- and outside the Business Group, including transfer pricing, tax credits, and incentives
- Manage relationships with tax authorities and oversee tax audits and inquiries
- Identify and assess financial risks related to accounting and taxation activities
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends impacting accounting and taxation practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to support business objectives and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, consultants, and advisors
- Participation in strategic projects such as but not limited to M&A activities in
- and outside the Business Group
- Actively support domestic and foreign subsidiaries on all insurance-related questions

**Your talents**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive experience (typically 3+ years) in accounting and taxation roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational goals
- Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Excellent English language skills in both orally and in writing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced hands-on mentality
