**Coordinator (M/F/d) Project Management Multi-Country Projects**:
**What you can expect**:

- You will coordinate multi-country consortium projects with a focus on children's rights and child protection in Africa. In doing so, you will ensure high-quality project implementation in accordance with donor standards (especially EU-INTPA)
- In addition to the coordination role, you will also be responsible for the management and monitoring of projects and studies in collaboration with technical experts
- As part of the coordination of this project, you initiate positive changes and monitor their maintenance
- You will also be responsible for reporting to donors and communicating with all consortium partners, donors and the general public through various media
- You will also provide financial support to projects by reviewing project budgets, budget planning and reconciliation, and monitoring the use of funds

**What you should bring with you**:
You are a strong communicator and want to use your expertise, experience and high level of commitment for our children's aid organisation. In addition, you have the following experience and characteristics, among others:

- Completed studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in a field relevant to Humanitarian Aid or Development Cooperation
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the coordination and implementation of complex, EU-funded projects with a focus on child protection
- Ideally experience with multi-partner, multi-country and large-volume projects
- Several years of international experience in project coordination in a fragile context
- Solid experience in working with national and international donors
- High level of teamwork, networking talent and independent working style
- Affection for innovation, goal-oriented, quality
- and impact-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of **French** and Engilisch
