Übersicht:
As part of the European HR Team and reporting to the Europe HR Business Partner, the HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks such as updating policies, organizing documents, and distributing HR communications. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports, assisting with organizational tasks, ensuring efficient HR operations throughout the organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage and organize HR documents, including employee files, contracts, and other important records.
- Coordinate the distribution of HR newsletters and updates to employees across the organization.
- Responsible for the update and the maintenance of the HR Europe SharePoint (upload policies and regulations for all EU countries).
- Prepare monthly reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, FTE numbers, and recruitment statistics.
- Take ownership of employee recognition program, tracking important dates, sending out anniversary letters, organizing recognition events.
- Collaborate with the HR team on organizational tasks, including training and workshop logistics.
- Assist with preparing presentation slides for HR meetings, trainings, and other events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifikationen:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Conceptual skills & high-quality awareness.
- Accurate, speedy, and independent way of working.
- High affinity to HR systems and administrative duties.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
- Fluent oral and written English is necessary.
- Additional (major) European languages would be an asset.
