**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree relevant to public health and/or climate change
- At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience, ten (10) years of which in the international context
- Proven expertise in the nexus of public health and climate change
- Previous experience as team leader for the design and implementation of development projects funded by development banks and international donors
- Proven ability to lead and manage experts
- Extensive experience in supporting the East and/or South Asian Regions
- C2 proficiency level in English language
