**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:

- You will make sure KPI-based sales management and be responsable for Lead Generation and Lead Volume Control
- You will act as a coach and ensure high sales quality
- You will roll-out of new products or features (e.g. Travel Arranger with profile booking instead of GBL)
- You will develop and monitor of "sales hygiene" and participation in "Anti Fraud Detection"
- You will cooperate close with SME for synergies and optimization of customer handover

- You have experience in the KPI-driven leadership of teams in sales or operations
- You combine outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with great structure and good analytical skills
- You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and driven by results. Your motivation, curiosity and determination enable you to have a great impact on your team results
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills which enable you to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals as well as ensure effective communication across the organization
- You are business fluent in English. Further language skills (especially German or French) are a great plus
