**What you'll do**

As we are in the midst of a transformation of field marketing within the Marketing and Solutions (M&S) board area, communications is more important than ever to motivate and enable the teams, but also to position the right messages in the market.
We, the Office of the Head of Marketing EMEA, are looking for a working student with passion for communication and marketing topics to support us with the following tasks:

- Supporting internal and external communication: planning, creation, implementation and evaluation of different formats (e.g. newsletter, podcasts, blogs, social media postings, events,...)
- Develop and execute own social media campaigns independently and realize them in collaboration with your manager
- Organization of internal events, workshops, and meetings (planning, communication, execution, wrap
- up)
- Support in gathering photo and video footage of onsite and virtual events and preparing them for different formats (scripting, filming, and post-production)
- Support strategic events and campaigns (e.g. Sapphire and other major industry conferences, SAP-owned customer & user communities)
- Support in creating and adapting Marketing documents and presentations around the different Marketing topics such as transformation.
- Administrative support for our EMEA Marketing Office

**What you bring**

If you think out of the box, love to work with people, like to play in teams, and are always one step ahead of the rest, then you should join us.
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Preferred field(s) of study: Communications, Media Relations, Digital Media, Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing
- Advanced communication skills
- Creative profile with a can-do attitude
- Computer skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Video editing/production skills (Premiere, Camtasia or similar)
- Language skills: German native speaker and very good English language skills
- Soft skills: Comfortable with working in dynamic environment
- Others: Reliable, self-dependent and goal-oriented working
- Work experience within SAP is a plus

Marketing Field EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) is responsible for the development and implementation of SAP’s marketing strategy for increased awareness, competitive differentiation, thought leadership, revenue growth and customer loyalty. We are driving innovative audience focused marketing from strategy to execution with the entire Marketing tactics mix.
