**What you'll do**
- You will be **responsible for the recruitment** of interns and working students, i.e. you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from job posting to employment
- You will be fully involved in the **day-to-day business of a Talent Acquisition Manager** and support our team in their daily doing
- In addition to independently creating and posting job ads, you will be responsible for **coordinating** interviews
- Together with your colleagues, you will develop **recruiting strategies** to win new talent for us sustainably and ahead of time, and to bind them to AutoScout24.
- You **cooperate** with schools, universities and other institutions, thus strengthening the reach and awareness of our employer brand
- You will continuously **screen the market** for new tools, job boards, meet-ups and other ways to reach our target groups so that we can build a long-term relationship
- Contribute to **projects**, such as those related to university marketing or employer branding
- Work in a **hybrid work model** with **flexible hours **and **modern office space**, just to name a few of our benefits

**What you should bring**
- You are studying business administration, human resources, psychology or other similar courses of study
- You love the digital world and recruiting is more than just a normal job for you
- You enjoy working with interdisciplinary interfaces in an international tech environment
- You are independent, organized and reliable
- You are solution-oriented and bring in your ideas
- Fluent in German and English are required
- Our tools: Slack, Office 365, Zoom, Workday, Greenhouse
