**ÜBER DAS TEAM**
Wir, das Support Experience and Innovation Office, unterstützen die Kundensupport-Organisation mit Services wie Prozess-Design, Analytischen Lösungen und unterschiedlichen innovativen Ansätzen wie Predictive Support oder Predictive Analytics.
**DIE ROLLE**
Aufgaben: Unterstützung des Teams bei Dokumentation und Rollout von Prozessen und Metrik-Definitionen sowie bei der Zusammenarbeit in größeren strategischen Projekten mit und für die Kundensupport-Organisation von SAP. Des weiteren Mitarbeit bei Analyse und Bereinigungsaktionen im Bereich von Kundensupport-relevanten Stammdaten.
Im Rahmen der Aufgaben wird ein Verständnis von SAPs Ende-zu-Ende Kundensupport-Prozessen entwickelt, sowie ein Einblick erhalten, wie SAPs Kundensupport arbeitet und durch analytische Unterstützung gesteuert wird.
**ROLLENANFODERUNGEN**
- Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Hochschule
- Bevorzugte Studienrichtung: Kommunikation, Informatik, Data Science
- Computer Skills: MS Office. Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung (Python wäre optimal). Optional Erfahrungen in MS SharePoint und SAP Anwendungen
- Sprachen: Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch als Plus
- Soft Skills: Teamplayer; kreativ; gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit; strukturiert; Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten und Prozesse zu erfassen
- Sonstiges: Studienanfänger bevorzugt, Arbeit an mindestens einem Tag pro Woche vom Büro am SAP Standort aus
