Global Road Logistics Business Intelligence Product

We are looking for strong data-driven and business-focused professionals who will join us on our BI development path in Road Logistics by making our products customer friendly and efficient.
- ** Your Role **:As a Global Road Logistics Business Intelligence Product Owner, you will have a high impact at Kuehne+Nagel, by designing and implementing analytical data-driven products in collaboration with our business leaders and partners. You will enable us to extend the functional capabilities of our BI product portfolio to deliver deeper and wider visibility into our business KPIs, thereby enabling data-driven decisions across different functional areas.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and deliver Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics solutions for the Road Logistics Functions (including Operations, Sales & Finance);
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their operational problems and data visibility needs. Design end-to-end BI solutions to enable the business to track critical KPIs;
- Develop in-depth functional understanding of core operational processes and back-bone systems landscape of Kuehne+Nagel Road Logistics;
- Initiate and manage regional and global BI projects through the entire lifecycle from planning through execution, in order to facilitate data driven decisions in different functional areas;
- Manage BI project teams by prioritizing activities of IT resources and external partners / consultants;
- Establish and execute the steps needed to modernize the Data landscape and infrastructure for KN Road Logistics;
- Communicate regularly and effectively with stakeholders as well as senior management on project portfolio and roadmap status;
- Advocate use of best practices and leverage your knowledge of emerging data and technological trends to shape our BI & Analytics Roadmap.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field; or equivalent work experience is required;
- At least 7 years of progressive experience managing complex BI programs and projects. Demonstrated track-record of deploying BI solutions in large corporations;
- Ability to demonstrate the power and potential of data, business intelligence and analytics to deliver productivity and operational efficiency;
- Experience in data modelling, analytical processes management and data quality management;
- Hands on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, etc;
- Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
- Proficiency in English is required; Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
