**Jobbeschreibung**:
Bei uns startest du als **Client Expert (m/w/d)** und hast die wichtige Aufgabe, die Auslieferungen an unsere Kunden kaufmännisch vorzubereiten und zu koordinieren - und dabei steht die Kommunikation intern sowie extern ganz besonders im Fokus.
Du stehst im täglichen Austausch mit unserem technischen Service
- & Konfigurations-Team, welches die Produkte konfiguriert sowie kundenindividuell vorbereitet aber auch mit unserem Supply Chain Management, welches die Waren bei den Herstellern & Dienstleistern bestellt und versandfertig macht. Hierbei hältst du die Kunden stets über den aktuellen Bestellprozess auf dem Laufenden und bist für ihre Fragen telefonisch sowie schriftlich erreichbar. Im gesamten Prozess erwarten dich im Detail die folgenden Aufgaben:
- Generierung & Erstellung von Bestellscheinen, Packlisten und Lieferscheinen in Dynamics 365 F&O
- Pflege von Kundendaten & Anlage von RFID Karten in unserem Backendsystem, damit Kunden ihre Ladevorgänge freischalten können
- Erstellung und Versand von LMP-Einrichtungsformular via Dynamics 365 CE
- Prüfung & Nachverfolgung von Produktinstallationen in Abstimmung mit unserem Installations-Team

- Dein Kommunikationsgeschick kannst du neben Deutsch auch gut auf Englisch unter Beweis stellen
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Dynamics 365 CE / F&O oder einem vergleichbaren System
- Zeitlich stehst du für diese Position 30 - 40 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung
Unser Team besteht aus 230 Mitarbeiter*innen in drei Ländern. Du bist Teil der Abteilung Customer Care, zu welchem in Deutschland insgesamt 17 Mitarbeiter*innen zählen und welches in die Teams Order Management und Settlement Management gegliedert ist. Im Team Order Management arbeitest du mit 10 Kolleg*innen zusammen.
