**What you'll do**
- We are looking for fast-learners with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Your tasks will vary from operational to conceptual, including basic project management and consulting.
- Your role will concentrate on organizing information, networking and making information available for other people - theme: keep it simple.
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH), studying social or economic sciences with focus on people, learning or organizational development.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Passion for the field of Learning
- Computer skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, willingness to learn about SAP solutions.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, ideally in German
- Soft skills: team player, excellent ability to work effectively on own initiative, results-oriented and to structure owned tasks. Hands-on attitude, not afraid of asking questions, good communication skills

Our main aim is to create a learning culture across all locations and board areas. Our team is working globally and is set up in 5 different regions.
