We are looking for an **Associate, DH Ventures (all genders)** to join the **DH Ventures team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
DH Ventures invests in people, technology, and companies where we believe there could be a significant positive impact in the future. We support our entrepreneurs to achieve success in building out their companies and vision. We believe a key advantage we have is being able to support with operational expertise and knowledge. The team works side by side with Delivery Hero’s platform and regional brands to serve entrepreneurs, consumers, riders, restaurants, and other stakeholders in the community. Our aim is to provide guidance and direction to Delivery Hero, to help achieve its long-term vision and goals.

**Your Mission**:
- Support Delivery Hero's venture capital team on all aspects of deal sourcing, analysis and execution
- Actively identify, screen and analyse global venture capital investment areas and opportunities
- Speak with founders to identify businesses for investments
- Prepare investment proposals for the investment committee and the management board of Delivery Hero
- Prepare internal reports and conduct financial modelling and analysis to support the team's investment decisions
- Research new business models, identify emerging market and industry trends, and create a market mapping for various industries
- Support the team in the ongoing management of our portfolio companies
**Your heroic skills**:
- 1-4 years in VC, IB, PE, M&A, consulting, or experience at a fast-growing company
- Prior VC experience preferred
- You have completed a Masters's or MBA in a relevant field
- You are an analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and an active interest in venture capital and a strong commercial instinct
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills. You can communicate efficiently with internal & external stakeholders and represent DH Ventures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on tight deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent in English, the ability to speak another language is a plus
