**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist international providers in completing the training modules
- Conduct introductory trainings including portal training
- Monitor the training outcomes
- Review and evaluate examination reports after appointments to ensure they are accurate and complete
- Act as a liaison between operations and providers, troubleshooting logístical issues, and ensuring a smooth examination process
- Provide a comprehensive understanding of various medical conditions veterans may claim and assist international providers in translating their medical rationales into phrases consistent with the United States Veterans Affairs terminology
- Conduct regular audit reports and re-coaching sessions to ensure that providers consistently deliver accurate and complete examination reports.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Several years of experience working in customer service focused roles, preferably in the medical community, health environment or with providers
- Experience in training/teaching/quality assurance geared towards medical professionals
- Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
- Knowledge of US active-duty military an advantage
- Highly organised and good communication skills
- Willing to travel within Germany
