**Your role**

We are looking for a talented **Photography Intern, **who is looking for ownership and hands-on experience from day one, in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup.

In this role, you will have access to a fully-equipped photography studio and work closely with our Head of Brand & Customer Experience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, Category Managers, and Marketers, on an exciting range of creative projects - from concept through execution.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Shooting and editing SKU (product) photos - a wide variety of veggies, meat, cheese, fish, wines and household products, among others
- Creating distinct and outstanding results, in line with the Alpakas visual identity and brand values
- Owning ad-hoc, campaign-photography projects, from research & concept definition through shooting and post-production
- Optimizing the workflow by setting up standard photography operation procedures, including image-editing techniques on editing tools (e.g. Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Other ad-hoc assignments that are relevant to your role, skills, and experience

**Travel**:No travel required
**Location**:Berlin (on site)

**Position Type**:Internship, Full-Time, 6-month program (with possibility to extend)

**Start Date**:1 April 2023 (can be discussed)
**Hours**: 40 hours per week

**We are looking for someone who...**
- Recently completed a **Bachelor’s Degree in Photography**, or other relevant studies
- A strong portfolio in **food and still-life photography**, with keen interest in developing themselves further in this field
- Very strong **digital** **photography & editing skills,** with the ability to set up and operate a photo studio independently
- Ability to work in an **organized and efficient manner**; maximizing productivity
- Ability to **meet** **strict deadlines**: effectively prioritizing tasks and managing their own time
- Works **cooperatively and collaboratively** within a group setting
- Strong **attention to detail**:

- Outstanding **artistic and creative** abilities, to
- Effective communication skills in **English** (the working language at Alpakas)
- A true passion for sustainability and food
- Graphic design skills are a plus

**Physical Requirements**
- Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another
- Constantly and repeatedly using a keyboard/mouse
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, move and lift up to 11 kg
