As part of the Global Real Estate Facilities, Safety, Security & Sustainability department and more precisely as part of the Capital Projects team EMEA, the Energy Program Manager (EPM) works closely with the Global Sustainability Program Manager, with local Facilities Managers and with Capital Projects Managers EMEA.

We are looking for an

**Energy Program Manager (f/m/d)**:
Location: Feldkirchen (near München)

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducts detailed energy assessments and develops energy proposals for every site.
- Leads and collaborates on the implementation and management of energy and sustainability projects.
- Coordinates energy procurement, renewable energy purchasing and implementation of new technologies with the global energy and sustainability platform.
- Develops and presents monthly energy and sustainability status reports, monitors and reports on energy use, water use, waste diversion rates and spending trends.
- Responsible for formalizing scope, obtaining quotes, performing project savings analysis and obtaining project approval.
- Communicates past, present, and future energy plans and performance through formal presentations.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information. Strong people skills and ability to influence and negotiate.
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills required.
- A thorough understanding of emissions, carbon reporting, renewable energy, offsets, energy efficiency in a manufacturing environment, industrial processes and refrigerant management is a must.
- Possesses detailed knowledge of building systems, industrial processes, energy and water efficiency projects and industry standards for measurement and verification of energy savings.
- Ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and track progress toward short
- and long-term deliverables.
