Project Administrator

**English speaking Project Administrator Needed To Join A Fast Growth Business In Germany - €43,000 plus 12% bonus**

An International business are looking to hire a Project Administrator on a permanent and remote/hybrid basis. The position will be remote in the main, however the site is located in Baden-Baden, therefore the Project Administrator will be expected to travel to site when needed.

The business are expanding at a fast pace and this is their initial move into Europe. The main focus of the projects will be across digital and IT, however there will also be digital, data and analytics projects too.

**The key duties of the Project Administrator include but are not limited to**:

- Working with multiple third party partners including SAP across EMEA and India
- Work inline with company project management processes as well as seeking improvements
- Create documentation relating to processes and developments
- Support the Project Lead to identify, analyse, improve and mitigate risk across all projects
- Ensure internal and external compliance and legal requirements are met
- Assist in the creation of business requirement documentation
- Lead IT workshops, meetings and conversations across the operational teams
- Manage project logs and progression reports
- Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Ensure purchase orders and statement of work align to business requirements
- Frequently travel across EMEA (UK, Italy and Netherlands) with annual visit to India
- Project reporting and analysis when required

**The ideal Project Administrator will**:

- Be able to speak fluent German and English
- Be educated to degree level with an IT project background
- Have experience within project management or multiple team project environments
- Have strong reporting and documentation skills
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and time keeping skills
- Have a strong understanding of GDPR
- Experience of SAP, Dynamics and WMS would be highly advantageous
- Usage of project management tools and SCRUM/AGILE environments would be highly desired
- Happy to travel to Baden-Baden when required as well as European travel

The business are a well known, international brand who are breaking into the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to support their project and take a lead on IT projects and infrastructure across Germany and wider Europe. Whilst the position will be offered on a remote basis, the Project Administrator will be required to visit the site in Baden-Baden.

**Salary**: 38.000,00€ - 45.000,00€ per year
