Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams im Retail Financial Office am Standort München suchen wir ab sofort für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten einen qualifizierte*n und engagierte*n

**Trainee (w/m/d) Retail Finance**

Das Retail Finance-Team betreut unsere Boutiquen in Deutschland, Österreich und Tschechien und unser E-Com Business in Deutschland in allen kaufmännischen Angelegenheiten. Sie berichten in dieser Funktion an den Head of Retail Financial Office.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Ansprechpartner*in im Bereich Finance für unsere Boutiquen in Deutschland, Österreich und Tschechien und unserem E-Com-Team
- Überwachung und permanente Kontrolle der Warenbewegungen
- Verbuchung und Prüfung der Zahlungsflüsse und Betreuung der offenen Posten
- Umsetzung und Kontrolle der lokalen Geldwäsche-Gesetze
- Erstellung von monatlichen Reportings und Analysen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen für interne Meetings
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner Boutique-Audits
- Planung der Inventurtermine unserer Boutiquen

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung - Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung und betrieblichem Rechnungswesen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3 FI ist wünschenswert
- Sichere Anwendung der MS Office-Programme (insbesondere MS Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und Teamorientierung
- Analytisches Denken & Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Überzeugendes Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrung im Retail-Bereich ist wünschenswert
