- You are a special part of the Xcelerator Project
- You will regularly present your results and working packages to the steering committee consisting of upper management
- Get responsibility by leading a part of the project
- You take full ownership of several parts of the project
- Learn how to qualify, evaluate, and present innovative ideas by using standardized industry approaches like Bosch Innovation Framework
- Get familiar with the most relevant topic these days: platform-based Ecosystems
- We think that the next generation of managers have to join the creation of our business of the future. We want you to be part of the future business

**Use your skills to move the world forward.**
- Knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechanical engineering, and/or industrial engineering is desirable, as complex technical problems in the field of Industry 4.0 are addressed
- In addition to technical knowledge, you should also have a basic understanding of business context to be able to include economic aspects in decision-making processes and business models
- You should be able to work effectively in a team and actively participate in collaboration
- You should also be able to explain complex technical and business contexts clearly and confidently operate in an international environment
- You have the willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to different working conditions and cultures
- You have good English and German language skills in both writing and speaking
- As Siemens Digital Industries specializes in the digitization of industrial processes, an interest in digital technologies and new trends in automation technology is advantageous
