Sr. Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a **Senior Digital Marketing / SEO Specialist (M/F/d)**. This role can be hybrid or fully remote.

**YOUR IMPACT**
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist is an important role in the "engine room" of our marketing department. Together with your colleagues from the marketing team, our agencies, and our IT, you will continuously develop our websites and landing pages and ensure that information architecture, user experience, and SEO standards are continuously developed - based on data.

**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- You ensure that the information structure of our websites guarantees a very good user experience. You keep an eye on the structure and navigation hierarchy of our content, as well as the usability of individual elements on the websites and landing pages.
- You constantly drive the optimization of conversions such as whitepaper downloads and trial licenses for our products.
- In addition to an optimal user experience for the users of our website, you also take care of the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the website content for SEO purposes, e.g. ongoing content optimization, internal linking, and compliance with OnPage SEO standards.
- You will be responsible for a large part of the content management for our website content in collaboration with your colleague from Product Marketing, including the preparation of graphics and other media for use on the web.
- You will continuously develop the user experience and conversion rates for our online store in close cooperation with your colleagues from IT and Sales.
- You take care of the active monitoring and reporting of our SEO performance using appropriate tools (e.g. Xovi, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- An education, either professional or academic, with a focus on marketing, e-commerce, or web development. We also welcome career changers from IT and agencies.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing departments of tech companies, IT service providers, or corresponding agencies. You have a very good understanding of how digital marketing works and a sound knowledge of current web technologies.
- Profound knowledge of CMS systems (e.g. WordPress), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and other digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO tools (e.g. Xovi, Screaming Frog)
- You have good to very good knowledge of web analytics and SEO
- You can express yourself well and to the point in writing and verbally, both in English and German
