Currently we are looking for a **Working Student Customer Support (M/F/x) **to support our Customer Service team in Berlin for 6 months.

**Your tasks**:

- You help to accurately process customer transactions such as orders, refunds, returns or reshipments with a strong focus on service excellence
- You follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise
- You take an active role in providing an outstanding customer service and restlessly help to search for initiatives to enhance service as well as improve the overall customer experience

**Our requirements**:

- You are fluent in **Polish **as well as** English** or **German** and have excellent skills in written and verbal communication, further language skills in French or Italian would be a plus
- You have a empathic and warm personality and win every customer's heart with your positive attitude
- You impress with your ability to keep an eye on things even in busy situations and are able to multi-task
- You describe yourself as a problem solver and a diligent, self-motivated worker
- You gained first experience in using CS tools
