- You have a proven track record in leading a team designing enterprise level technology solutions
- You have experience in SaaS in a B2B context and understand the e-commerce business with its technology landscape
- Your ability to self-organise while meeting tight deadlines and your strong team-player mentality makes you a perfect fit for our team
- Your agility allows you to handle our business’ speed, stay calm in stressful times, and efficiently delegate to your team

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Strategy **- Create and develop Tradebyte’s tech strategy and initiatives while you partner with your stakeholders to turn ideas into solutions
- **Leadership **- Lead and coach an international team of 70+ members. Create efficient team structures and processes, support and foster talent by providing meaningful development opportunities
- **Delivery **- Ensure your team delivers operational excellence for SaaS products and best practices for DevOps and Engineering. Drive software development roadmaps, operational plans, and the management of execution against project plans and delivery commitments within an agile environment
- **KPIs **- Make your success tangible by working with your team against KPIs and project plans. Closely monitor data in your area, analyse it and report on it to the Management Board to actively track the success of our efforts
