Director Bec

**Your role and responsibilities**:
The Director BEC - Europe is responsible for planning, analyzing, executing and maintaining all required tasks in alignment with our mid
- and long term localization and manufacturing strategy. This includes supporting the strategy process with visions and ideas to create the foundation for sustainable competitiveness for products manufactured in EU.
- Planning, organizing and executing the manufacturing strategy in EU
- Building up effective teams to implement and monitor the required EU supply chain
- Implemement all necessary state-of-the-art processes for BEC-EU
- Continuously evaluate and improve our processes, supply chain capabilities and product costs
- Provide functional guidance and support to IM Factory
- Pro-actively support the BEC-EU strategy and its implementation

**Your profile**:

- Lean Manufacturing and/or Management Production experience, especially related to machining (turning and milling)
- Experience with continuous improvement methods (e.g. 8-D, TPM, Ishikawa)
- Business accumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication, german and english
- Excellent organizational, leadership and managerial skills
- Culture competence
- Building up effective teams
