Als Venture Architect (m/w/d) bei Bridgemaker spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Identifizierung, Gestaltung und Umsetzung von innovativen Venture-Projekten. Du bist Teil eines crossfunktionalen Teams, um Geschäftsideen zu entwickeln, tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle zu entwerfen und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von neuen Ventures zu begleiten. Dein analytisches Denkvermögen und deine Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder der Start-up Branche werden dabei maßgeblich zur Realisierung unserer Projekte beitragen.

Das bringst Du mit
- Du hast einen Masterabschluss, einen MBA oder einen vergleichbaren höherwertigen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Business Administration, od. Ähnl.
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Managementberatung, in der Projektleitung oder in der Entwicklung eines Start-ups
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technologische Trends und innovative Geschäftsmodelle
- Du bist sicher in der Analyse, um Marktpotenziale und finanzielle Aspekte fundiert zu bewerten
- Du liebst die Herausforderungen des Unternehmertums und hast den Ehrgeiz, etwas Großartiges zu bewegen
- Du bist ein\*e Teamplayer\*in mit einer kreativen und flexiblen Denkweise
- Du kannst deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besonders in der Kooperation mit mittelständischen Kunden zum Tragen bringen
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau und sehr gut Englisch

Aufgabenbereich
- Als Teil des Projektteams führst du umfassende Marktanalysen durch und validierst Trends und Chancen im Hinblick auf potenzielle Ventures
- Du identifizierst und beurteilst neue Geschäftsideen
- Du entwickelst Konzepte und Markteintrittsstrategien für neue Geschäftsmodelle
- Du unterstützt bei der Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Partnerschaften mit Mittelstandskunden
- Du trägst kontinuierlich zur Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Ventures an sich ändernde Marktbedingungen bei
