**Digital Marketing Specialist - Engagement Marketing**

**About the role**

**Be part of the movement - and play your part.**

What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?:

- Approach all tasks with a test and learn mentality
- Work closely with the rest of the team to support the execution of campaign driven activity
- Regular use of digital marketing tools such as Emplifi, Iterable, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics etc.
- Ongoing development of all engagement marketing activities working closely with managers for continued improvement

**About you**

The ideal person for this position will have the following qualifications:

- Experience and/or keen interest in social media marketing across various channels
- Knowledge and deep understanding of the German travel industry
- Must be fluent (written and verbal) in German and English
- Well-developed project management skills
- Analytical
- Creative & innovative
- Energetic, passionate & disciplined
- Marketing or Business degree or professional marketing qualification desirable
