**Standort: Poing bei München**

**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Du planst und koordinierst Termine, zum Beispiel mit externen Geschäftspartner:innen
- Du verantwortest die interne Kommunikation (Organisationsmitteilungen etc.)
- Die Organisation von Meetings und Events fällt ebenso in Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Du erstellst diverse Unterlagen wie Präsentationen und Flow Charts / Prozessbeschreibungen
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Abrechnung von Reisekosten und unterstützt in verschiedenen HR-Themen (z.B. bei Jubiläen)

**DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS**
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Assistenz oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Freunde am Organisieren und Koordinieren
- Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen runden Dein Profil ab
