**Responsibilities**:
Responsible:
- Provide technical leadership, guidance and motivation to the Drug Coated Balloons operators.- on-time execution of the planned activities- Coordination of the operators assigned to him- Identification of potentials to optimize the manufacturing processes

Supports:
- the training of the employees- the production team in the manufacturing processes- the implementation of corrective & preventive actions- the creation & update of SOPs and AA

Informs:
- immediately the superior office about an emerging too low or too high utilization of production capacity- all affected departments about foreseeable delivery dates, quality problems and material shortages that cannot be met

Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training- Professional experience in a management position (> 5 years)- Experience working in a clean room an advantage- Consistent & self-confident appearance- Employee oriented & trustworthy- Careful & reliable- Solution-oriented & constructive approach- High quality awareness- Good written and spoken German
